This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and fonts are self-hosted — no browsing data is shared with third parties. That is why you see no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

1. What we process

Contact form. Submitting the form transmits your name/company, email, topic and message. Submissions are technically received by our hosting provider Netlify (forms service) and are accessible only to the association's authorised persons. Legal basis: your consent and, for membership, steps prior to entering into an agreement.
Email. Writing to info@lbca.lt transmits the data contained in your message; we use it solely to reply and handle your matter.
Technical logs. Netlify servers may briefly record IP addresses and request metadata for security purposes.

2. What we don't do

No cookies, pixels, analytics or advertising tools.
Fonts are served from our own host — Google Fonts is not used.
The LBCA Labs demo without a wallet runs entirely in your browser. If you choose real badge minting on the Ethereum mainnet, you send the transaction (and pay the network gas fee) yourself via your own wallet — your wallet address and the entered name are written to a public blockchain and become permanent. We do not collect or store this data.
The only entry in your browser is a localStorage flag remembering that you dismissed the info bar — not a cookie, not an identifier, removable any time by clearing browser data.

3. Retention

Form and email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, at most 3 years after the last contact unless law provides otherwise.

4. Processors

No data is shared with third parties for marketing. Processor: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form intake; GDPR Art. 28 data processing terms with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA).

5. Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). Contact: info@lbca.lt — we reply within 30 days.
